1-on-1 support
Our support workers enable our clients to access the community as independently as possible. Our staff can assist you to attend appoints or catch up with a friend. The choice is yours, remember they are working for you.
Buddy program
For many people living with a disability, developing and nurturing friendships can be challenging. Our buddy program connects our clients with like-minded people with similar needs and arranges social outings enabling people to make meaningful connections.
Gardening
We provide professional gardening services to help you keep your garden under control. Weeding, mowing your lawns and watering your garden are services that can be accessed on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
Cleaning
We employ cleaners that love to clean. Our services include a thorough clean of bathrooms, mopping floors, kitchens, your entire house, leaving you more time to do the things you love. Weekly or fortnightly services can be negotiated.
Cooking
Feel like there’s no time to cook? We completely understand. Take the pressure off by gettinging one of our trained support staff to come to your home and cook a range of healthy, nutritious and delicious meals that you can eat throughout the week.
Taxi
We have access to a fleet of wheelchair-accessible taxis for you to access the community or to attend an appointment. We can book a taxi for you and your support worker that will arrive on time, they will not let you down.
Laundry
TomCare understands that your bedlinen needs to be washed on a more regular basis due to your complex needs. We offer an amazing pick-up washing and ironing service that can be delivered to your home within 48 hours.
Wheelchair clean
Dirt and grime can build up with the daily use of a wheelchair. We will arrange for a professional wheelchair cleaner to come to your home to clean and sanitise your loved one’s wheelchair to keep it looking new for longer and prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses.
